Acoustics in ancient church, Hagia Sofia.The byzantine churc Hagia Sofia was modelled as part of the CAHRISMA project. Hagia Sofias central dome is placed more than 50 metres above the floor, has a diameter of more than 31 m and is embraced by two half domes. The reverberation time is approximately 10 sec (1000 Hz).
